Meet Nannette Thorman, Founder of DNTL 25
With over 35 years of experience in dental practice management, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside — and helping lead — highly successful practices at every stage of growth, from frontline patient coordination to executive leadership as Chief Operating Officer.
My expertise spans consulting, financial strategy, and leadership development, including 11 years advising for a national patient financing company and more than a decade collaborating with dental leaders through a premier Minneapolis–St. Paul based study club I co-founded. As a member of the Maxwell Leadership Team, I integrate world-class leadership and coaching principles into the practices I serve.
