Meet Nannette Thorman, Founder of DNTL 25
With over 35 years of experience in dental practice management, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside — and helping lead — highly successful practices at every stage of growth, from frontline patient coordination to executive leadership as a Chief Operating Officer.
My career has spanned consulting, financial systems strategy, and leadership development, including 11 years as a Program Advisor for a national patient financing company and more than a decade mentoring dental leaders through a Minneapolis–St. Paul study club I co-founded.
Today, through DNTL 25, I help dental practices strengthen leadership, refine systems, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and long-term vision.
